Business Model

BitStake operates on a transaction fee model. We charge a small fee for each transaction made on the platform, whether it's buying or selling property fractions. Additionally, we offer property management services for all properties sold through Bitstake on behalf of the investors. We ensure the property is occupied with a tenant and the tenant pays rent. The rental income in distributed to the holders of the NFTs connect to each property accordingly. We charge a property management fee of 8% of the rental income before it is distributed to the owners proportionately.
