“Wallet” refers to the digital wallet provided to users by BitStake for storing, sending, and receiving digital assets on the BitStake Platform.
“Transaction” refers to any transfer of digital assets conducted on the BitStake Platform, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, trades, and transfers.
“Smart Contracts” refers to self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement directly written into code and deployed on the blockchain.
“AML/KYC” refers to Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer regulations and procedures aimed at preventing illicit activities such as money laundering and terrorism financing.
“Dispute Resolution” refers to the process of resolving disagreements or disputes between users and BitStake through arbitration or other agreed-upon methods.
“Arbitration Association” refers to a recognized arbitration organization or body chosen by both parties to resolve disputes in accordance with their rules and procedures.
“Severance” refers to the legal principle that allows for the removal of invalid or unenforceable provisions from a contract while preserving the validity of the remaining provisions.
